What is this?

A two-bin Kanban system for supply closet inventory. Each item has two cards (green & red) that signal when to reorder.

How the Card System Works

1. Place GREEN card in front bin, RED card in back bin
2. When front bin empties, move GREEN card to "Reorder" area
3. Order the item using the QR code on the card back
4. When stock arrives, return GREEN card to front bin
5. If back bin empties before restock, RED card signals urgency

Adding Cards

Click "Add Card" and fill in the item details. For images, you can paste a URL or drag & drop an image directly from any website into the Picture URL field.

Editing & Deleting

Click any card to preview it. Use the "Edit" button to modify details or "Delete" to remove the card.

Printing Cards

• Single card: Click a card → choose print size → "Print This Card"
• Batch print: Click "Print Cards" → select items → choose size & colors → Print
• Print sizes: Card (6"×4"), Shop Label (6"×3"), or Full Sheet (8.5"×11")

Reordering Cards

Click "Reorder" button above the grid to drag and rearrange cards. Click "Done" when finished.

Filtering & Search

Use the search box to find items by name. Filter by supplier or location using the dropdown menus.

Language

Click "Español" to switch card labels to Spanish for bilingual workplaces.
